How to get rid of blackheads at home
When the hair follicles are clogged, small, dark spots that appear on the surface of the skin are called blackheads. The reason blackheads look dark is not because of dust, but when pores that are clogged due to oxidation are exposed to air.
Folk Remedies
1-Steam your face and then use a scrub
Steaming the face helps to make pores smaller because the pores are softened and blackheads can be easily removed with a scrub.
1. Bring a large bowl, water, and clean towels. Boil water. Cool and pour into a bowl.
Bend over the bowl and place a towel over your head so that the steam is concentrated on your face.
2. Steam your face for 5-10 minutes. To avoid burns, be careful not to expose the steam too close.
3. Wash your face with warm water and pat dry.
Steam your face a few times a week, then use a scrub.
2- Exfoliate your nose with baking soda
Exfoliating helps prevent dead skin cells from clogging pores and causing blackheads. In addition, removing dead skin cells improves blood circulation and gives your skin a healthy glow.
1. Mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda and mineral water in a bowl to make a paste. Apply the baking soda paste to the nose and massage gently so as not to damage the skin.
2. Let the dough dry for a few minutes, then rinse with warm water. Exfoliate this way once or twice a week.
Baking soda dries out blackheads, making your skin look brighter and cleaner.
You can also add apple cider vinegar to the baking soda paste. Apple cider vinegar is a natural astringent and has antibacterial properties.
3- Make an oatmeal scrub
A scrub made by mixing oatmeal, lemon juice and yogurt is effective in getting rid of blackheads.
1. Mix 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 3 tablespoons plain yogurt, and the juice of half a lemon.
Apply the scrub to your nose, leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
You can also make an oatmeal scrub with honey and tomatoes.
2. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey, tomatoes juice 4 tablespoon, and a few tablespoons of oatmeal.
Apply the scrub to your nose and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
Use a scrub regularly, at least once a week.
4- Use a sugar scrub
If possible, add jojoba oil to your sugar scrub. If jojoba oil is not available use olive oil, or almond oil instead.
1. Put 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 cup of brown or white sugar in an airtight glass jar. Stir and mix well.
2. Wet your face with water, then scoop out the scrub with your fingertips. Massage the nose and face in circular motions.
3. After massaging for 1-2 minutes, wash your face with warm water.
Do not use the scrub more than 2-3 times a week. This is to avoid drying out or irritating the skin.
Store the scrub in an airtight glass bottle in a cool, dark place. It can be stored for up to 2 months.
5- Apply egg white to your nose
If you apply raw eggs to your face or nose, you will get an unpleasant odor. However, egg whites are nutrient-dense and less drier than other folk remedies for getting rid of blackheads.

3. Separate the whites and yolks in a bowl.
Wash your face with your favorite cleanser.
Tap your face to dry it.
4. Now apply a thin layer of egg white to your nose with your fingers.

6- Making a nose pack
The nose pack consists of a sticky material and a material that can be attached to the nose or face. When the nose pack is removed dead skin cells come off and blackheads are also removed. A nose pack does not prevent blackheads, but removes existing blackheads
1. Make a nose pack with milk and honey. Unlike commercially available nose packs, it does not contain harmful chemicals or fragrances.
2. Take 1 tablespoon of raw honey, 1 teaspoon of milk, and a clean piece of cotton cloth (cut off a shirt or towel).
3. Mix raw honey and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Put it in the microwave and heat it for 5-10 seconds. Stir and mix well.
4. Test the mixture to make sure it's not too hot, then apply a thin layer to your nose.
Gently press a piece of cotton cloth against your nose.
5. Dry for at least 20 minutes. Then carefully peel off the piece of cloth.
Rinse your nose with cold water and pat dry.
Get rid of blackheads with regular nose packs.
7- Create a natural skin
The toner is effective in removing dead skin cells from the face and alleviating redness or inflammation around the nose. Use a cooling herb such as mint to soothe irritated skin.
1. Mix 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 3 tablespoons of crushed mint leaves and place in a small bottle. Place in a cool, dark place for a week.
2. After sieving the mixture, add 1 cup of water. This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
3. After washing your face every night, apply toner and apply it to your nose with a cotton pad.
4. Sleep with the skin on, or if you have sensitive skin, leave it on for several hours.
